As CCO of BBDO Buenos Aires, ECD of Wieden+Kennedy Portland, Amsterdam, and London, and co-founder and CCO of the community for 22 years, José Mollá has helped to bring to life all kinds of global projects in all platforms. Now he is the co-founder, CEO, and CCO of PLURAL*.

TRACY MCDONOUGH

As the Head of Operations at the community for over 13 years, Tracy helped grow the agency from 20 people to over 200 people in three countries and five offices. Prior to that, she started her media career at Sony Pictures and Telemundo. Now she is the COO of PLURAL*.

Alyssa St. Vincent

Alyssa St. Vincent is an accomplished production industry leader with over 20 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering award-winning creative work for global brands. Her expertise spans live-action, editing, VFX, CGI, motion graphics, and social content, driving growth at top studios like Eight VFX, Significant Others, Nomad Editorial, Los York, and Taylor James. Alyssa's client portfolio includes BMW, Rolex, Nike, Apple, and Coca-Cola, and her work has earned numerous accolades, from Oscars to Cannes Lions. Whether managing high-budget global campaigns, Super Bowl spots, or innovative social content, Alyssa excels at tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs.

SHARON CAMPOS

Sharon has over 12 years of experience in post and agency production at the community and The Makers Lab, Crispin Porter + Bogusky Miami, DAVID the Agency Miami, and Wieden+Kennedy NYC. Sharon is currently the Executive Post Producer for post-production at PLURAL*. She has been a key member in overseeing and building the team to what it is today, producing and executing hundreds of projects in post-production (including award-winning work).

JULIO PEDROZA

With over a decade of experience in production and post-production, Julio has been a leading member of the team responsible for the design and construction of the community's state-of-the-art in-house studio, formerly known as The Makers Lab. As the Director of Operations & Head of Integrated Production at PLURAL*, Julio manages the studio's day-to-day operations and infrastructure while constantly seeking innovative improvements. He is responsible for integrated content production, digital and social animations, print, out-of-home (OOH), and digital out-of-home (DOOH) aspects of the studio. Julio has played a crucial role in building the PLURAL* team.

Martha Ortez

Martha’s career in finance began in 2010 with WPP public relations agency, followed by a CPA firm where she handled 400+ clients across various industries, including communications, real estate, insurance, hospitality, construction, and investment. She has experience in simplifying the accounting and reporting processes for improved efficiencies, which led her to eight years in a Publicis Groupe advertising agency. Martha holds a Master's in Accounting from Florida International University.

JASON BARAN

Jason began his career in on-air promotion as a producer at CBS Television, followed by eight years as the director of post-production at a boutique marketing & advertising studio in Los Angeles, all before exploring the world of long-form, episodic television. After post-production manager roles at NBCUniversal and YouTube Originals, Jason now brings his experience in broadcast to PLURAL* as an executive post producer.

LEAD AUDIO ENGINEER

Jeannine Guenther

Jeannine began her career in 2005 mixing at boutique post houses in NYC. In 2012, she was recruited to Miami, where she has been the lead engineer at some of Miami's top post-production facilities. Jeannine’s work can be heard across multiple platforms, including commercial TV, feature films and documentaries, TV series, and animation. Some notable clients include Nickelodeon, Dreamworks Animation, Discovery Family channel, and Disney.

FELIPE ECHAVARRIA

Experienced creator/editor of original fiction and non-fiction content working on commercial and branded content post-production for the past five years with the community. Felipe has edited for brands such as Discovery Channel, Verizon, Unicef, Corona, and TikTok, among many others. He holds an MFA in film production from the University of Miami.

SENIOR PRODUCER - VFX AND FINISHING

An East Coast-based Senior VFX Post Producer with 10+ years of experience in Editorial, Finishing, Color Grading, Motion Graphics, 3D & Compositing. Juan is now working out of the sunny state of Florida.
